The Bordeaux Convention Bureau is part of many networks and is linked with several public and private partners working in business tourism. The structure is a member of the business tourism cluster managed by Atout France that brings together 115 actors of the business tourism, the France Congress association which gathers 50 french cities who considers MICE development as an important working segment, ICCA and European Cities Marketing group.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Gironde also plays a role in business tourism in the city especially in terms of grants and extensive studies on the destination and business customers.
